You stay in control of your data. On this page you can read how to delete your Get-Filly account and the data linked to it, how to disconnect a linked Facebook or Instagram account, and how to submit a deletion request if you would rather not do it yourself in the dashboard. The fastest way is through the dashboard. Log in and go to Account; at the bottom you will find the "Permanently delete account" button. To confirm, type the word DELETE. This deletes your account and the associated data, including any tokens from connected services (such as Facebook and Instagram).
If you only want to remove the connection with Facebook or Instagram (and keep your Get-Filly account), you can do so on either side:
When an account or connection is deleted, we erase the data we keep for that functionality, including access tokens, linked page/account references, and content retrieved from them. We process a request within 30 days. We may keep a limited portion of the data longer when legally required (for example, for tax records); see the retention periods in the privacy statement.
Would you rather not do it yourself in the dashboard? Then send an email to info@get-filly.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Deletion request". State whether you want to delete your entire account or only the Facebook/Instagram connection. We confirm the handling by email.
