You're fully onboarded within a day. You connect your booking or reservation system and your Google Business profile, confirm your offering, and Get-Filly starts working for you the same day.
Which channels does Get-Filly use?+
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, plus your Google Business Profile. Get-Filly creates the right post per channel in your brand voice and puts it live at the best moment for the right audience.
Does Get-Filly also run paid ads?+
Yes, where it helps. Paid reach runs through your own ad budget, which you set yourself. The subscription covers the software and all the work Get-Filly does for you.
Do I need business social accounts?+
Yes, you need a business account per platform. We connect them together during onboarding, which takes you a few minutes.
Do I stay in control of what Get-Filly puts live?+
Yes. Get-Filly generates proposals, you approve or adjust. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
How does Get-Filly know which action to propose?+
Get-Filly continuously analyses your occupancy and social media data, recognises patterns such as recurring dips or seasonal trends, and proposes a targeted action at the right moment.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on the first day of the next month. Unused days are settled.
Do I need marketing experience?+
No. Get-Filly is made precisely for owners without marketing knowledge. You get ready-made proposals that you approve or adjust with one click, Get-Filly does the rest.
How and when do I pay?+
Payment runs through our payment partner Stripe, by credit card, SEPA direct debit or iDEAL. You pay in advance per month or per year, with no hidden costs.
Can I cancel monthly?+
Yes. You cancel monthly through your dashboard, before the end of the current period. After that Get-Filly stays available until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my customers' data?+
You remain the owner of your customer data. Get-Filly processes it solely on your behalf, under a data processing agreement in line with the GDPR. We never sell your data and don't use it for our own advertising.
How secure is my data?+
All data travels encrypted over the line via TLS and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures in line with the GDPR. If we work with a supplier outside the EU, for example for AI, we put the legally required safeguards in place.
