How long does onboarding take?
You're fully onboarded within a day. You connect your reservation system and your Google Business profile, confirm your menu, and Get-Filly starts working for you the same day.
Which channels does Get-Filly use?
Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business. Get-Filly writes for each channel in your house style and schedules every message at the best moment for the right audience.
Do I stay in control of what Get-Filly sends?
Yes. Get-Filly generates proposals, you approve or adjust them. Nothing goes out without your approval.
How does Get-Filly know which action to propose?
Get-Filly continuously analyses your occupancy and social media data, recognises patterns such as recurring dips or seasonal trends, and proposes a targeted action at the right moment.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on the first day of the next month. Unused days are settled.
Do I need marketing experience?
No. Get-Filly is made precisely for owners without marketing knowledge. You get ready-made proposals that you approve or adjust with one click, Get-Filly does the rest.
How and when do I pay?
Payment runs through our payment partner Stripe, by credit card, SEPA direct debit or iDEAL. You pay in advance per month or per year, with no hidden costs.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel monthly through your dashboard, before the end of the current period. After that Get-Filly stays available until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my guests' data?
You remain the owner of your guest data. Get-Filly processes it solely on your behalf, under a data processing agreement in line with the GDPR. We never sell your data and don't use it for our own advertising.
How secure is my data?
All data travels encrypted over the line via TLS and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures in line with the GDPR. If we work with a supplier outside the EU, for example for AI, we put the legally required safeguards in place.
